The bombed half was replaced in the 1950s with a detached two-storey house, which we demolished to restore the original semi-detached form. The reconstruction faithfully re-enacted the historic architecture while incorporating modern extensions to the side, rear, and a lower-ground floor, utilising the natural slope of the site.
The result is a harmonious blend of heritage and contemporary design, creating seven high-quality residential flats with enhanced living spaces and garden access.
